Administrator/Operations Specialist:
Are you organized, creative and passionate about the arts? BCT is looking for a part-time, flexible Administration & Operations Specialist to help keep our vibrant community theater running smoothly behind the scenes.

It’s an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping our organization bring live theater to life for our community.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations
  • Manage social media and communications
  • Support production logistics, staff and volunteers
  • Help streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with a passionate, dedicated team

We’re looking for Someone Who:

  • Is highly organized and self-motivated
  • Has strong communication and tech skills
  • Enjoys working with volunteers and creative teams
  • Brings positive energy and problem-solving mindset
  • Has an interest in theater or the arts (a plus!)

Positions may include director, musical director, choreographer, production manager, stage manager, set designer, set builder/technical director, costumer, properties manager, lighting designer and sound designer.  Positions are contracted and compensated.
